The check also provides an option to add an Official State Driver License Record at a 25% discounted price, plus *employment and education verifications*.
* Optional Employer & Education Verifications require a signed Waiver.
(Signed company application copy should be sufficient. If needed, we can also provide a waiver form for employees to log in and electronically sign.)
