BDA cannot be held responsible for typos or mistakes given in the ordering information entered by customer. If order forms are left accidently blank for information, BDA will contact customer/viewer/buyer for information needed to run the search (Information needed to run a record search is to be entered into the comments box at the delivery or payment page at the end of the ordering process). Normal turnaround time is defined as the normal time it takes for results to come back - not guranteed (customers who do not receive results in the normal turnaround time should contact us at 219-629-3260). Because all orders are processed immediately, no cancellations allowed or accepted once an order has been submitted.
