1. BDA recognizes the importance of keeping client information confidential and to perform services discreetly as possible. We understand, with the type of information & services we provide, the importance of keeping our clients safe, and not negatively effecting the outcome of our client’s case. That is why BDA pledges that all customer information will not be released outside the agency unless the following examples occur:

1. The customer posses as a threat of safety to the general public and BDA employees.
2. The customer authorizes release of their information.
3. The customer provides proven false/fraudulent identification or information to us.
4. The customer uses our services for an illegal purposes.
